Illogic Success

I remember an incident that took place in class while I was a little boy in school. A bully, who tormented the lives of almost everyone in our class, had just beaten up a friend of mine.

 After advising him to report the incident to our teacher, I was very optimistic that this time round someone, perhaps a higher authority, could teach this "Spanky" boy some lesson.

To our surprise, instead of my friend been vindicated the bully was rather exalted by the teacher before the whole class as way of motivating my "weak friend" to be strong too. As if not enough, my friend's mum also handed him over to this same bully to take care of the boy after he reported the case to her. Can you imagine? Have you ever been treated in a similar way or seen someone go through a similar experience?

Imagine you were the bully, would you call this an advantage or luck?
If luck, then Brandon Palladino, would be very lucky when he returns from jail for murdering his wife's mum.

Why? Because, she willed Deanna (Brandon's wife) a sum of $431,000.00 for which unfortunately she had lost to Brandon (her husband)"legally" because she (Deanna) died while Brandon served his sentence. That is, by law, the money for this "illogical reason" has returned to a man who really deserved no part at all. What a shock!
